Products

DUHUI is a bearing manufacturer in China, focusing on the field of automotive bearings, and supplying auto parts for export. Our quality and price have been recognized by many importer customers.

We can provide neutral and color box packaging.
You can choose our brand color box, or customize your own brand color box.

The following are our core products, which are absolutely competitive.

Wheel Bearing

Wheel bearings mainly include ball bearings and tapered roller bearings, which are divided into single row and double row. In addition, there are also some cylindrical roller bearings, needle roller bearings and non-standard bearings.

Wheel Hub Bearing

The wheel hub bearing unit is a further integrated product based on the wheel hub bearing. The second generation wheel hub bearing unit integrates the flange, which simplifies the assembly steps. The third generation wheel hub bearing unit has a compact structure and an integrated ABS sensor.

Wheel Bearing Kits

Wheel bearing kits are used to repair and replace bearings. In addition to basic bearings, they include a variety of accessories, such as seals, bolts, nuts, split pins, washers, etc. Specific kits are customized according to different bearing models.

Oil Seal

Oil seals are an indispensable sealing component in the auto bearing industry. Their main function is to prevent the leakage of lubricating oil and block the intrusion of external dirt such as dust and moisture.

Bearing dustproof is usually represented by Z, and sealing is represented by S (felt ring seal is represented by FS; rubber seal is represented by RS).

Common sealing forms include Z, 2Z, RS, 2RS, RZ, 2RZ, etc.

Common materials include NBR, ACM, FKM, SIL, etc.

Clutch Release Bearing

The clutch release bearing controls the separation and engagement of the clutch through mechanical means such as pedals. When the clutch pedal is pressed, the clutch pressure plate pulls the release bearing through the cable to separate the clutch plate from the flywheel, thereby cutting off the power.

The clutch release bearing is usually operated manually, with the advantages of simple structure and low cost, but requires the driver to have certain operating skills and strength.

Hydraulic Release Bearing

The hydraulic release bearing controls the separation and engagement of the clutch by transmitting pressure through the hydraulic system. When the clutch pedal is pressed, the hydraulic system generates oil pressure, which is transmitted through the hydraulic oil to push the piston to move, so that the pressure plate is separated or engaged with the engine crankshaft.

The hydraulic release bearing has the advantages of fast response speed, high precision, and easy operation, but it requires regular maintenance and maintenance to ensure its normal operation.

Center Support Bearing

The center support bearing, also known as the bracket bearing, is usually installed in the middle of the vehicle drive shaft. Its main function is to support and fix the drive shaft, keep the drive shaft stable, and reduce vibration and swing caused by shaft length or rotation.

The center support bearing usually includes a bearing seat, a rubber pad, and a metal shell, which stabilizes the drive shaft and absorbs the vibration generated during operation.

Insert Spherical Bearing

Insert spherical bearing is actually a variant of deep groove ball bearing. Its characteristic is that the insert ring diameter surface is spherical, which can match with the corresponding concave spherical surface of the bearing seat to achieve the purpose of self-alignment.

According to the matching method with the shaft, insert spherical bearings can be divided into: UC series and UK series.

The outer spherical bearing can also be combined with the bearing seat. Common types of bearing seats include vertical seat (P), narrow vertical seat (PA), high center vertical seat (PH), square seat (F), boss square seat (FS), boss round seat (FC), diamond seat (FL), ring seat (C), slider seat (T), suspension seat (HA), adjustable diamond seat (FA), suspension bearing seat (FB), etc.

Timing Belt Kits

Timing belt kits are mainly composed of belts, tensioners and guide pulleys, and are widely used in most small and medium-sized engines.

Compared with timing chains, timing belts have significant advantages of light weight and low noise, and are particularly suitable for engines that have high requirements for efficient operation and noise control. However, timing belts also have certain limitations. Because they are mostly made of rubber or composite materials, they are easily affected by wear and aging after long-term use, especially in high-temperature and high-load working environments, and their performance will gradually decline. Therefore, timing belts usually need to be replaced regularly to ensure the normal operation of the engine.

Timing Chain Kits

Timing chain kits usually consist of chains, chain tensioners, guide rails and related accessories, and are widely used in high-performance vehicles and large-displacement engines.

Compared with timing belts, the biggest advantage of timing chains is their excellent durability and wear resistance. The chain is made of high-strength metal materials, has excellent wear resistance and tensile resistance, and can maintain long-term stable operation under high-speed and high-load conditions. Therefore, timing chains usually do not need to be replaced regularly like timing belts, greatly reducing the need for frequent maintenance and replacement, and reducing maintenance costs in long-term use.

Tensioner Idler Pulley

The tensioner is an important part of the timing system. Its main function is to ensure the stable operation of the timing belt. By adjusting the tightness of the belt, it reduces vibration and prevents the belt from accidentally slipping during high-speed operation, thereby maintaining the normal working state of the engine.

The replacement cycle of the tensioner is usually similar to that of the timing belt. It is recommended to check and replace the tensioner when replacing the timing belt to ensure the overall reliability of the system.

Universal Joint

Universal joints play a vital role in automobile transmission and steering, significantly improving vehicle performance and driving experience.

Universal joints connect the steering shaft, intermediate shaft and steering gear shaft. Through the cooperation of the cross shaft and the universal joint fork, the driving shaft drives the driven shaft to rotate and swing around the cross shaft to meet various steering requirements. It has the advantages of simple structure, low wear and high power transmission.
